1. Eligibility

1.1 The Jackpot is available to all registered players with a verified account, subject to jurisdictional restrictions.

1.2 Participation in the Jackpot is optional and requires players to actively opt in via the lobby or in-game prior to placing a qualifying wager. Opt In state is persistent until players Opt Out specifically.

1.3 Jackpot participation is only available on wagers placed using eligible currencies, as determined by the Operator from time to time.

1.4 A minimum base wager of €0.20 (or currency equivalent) per spin is required to qualify.

1.5 Eligibility is assessed at the time each wager is placed. Wagers placed using ineligible currencies will not qualify for Jackpot participation, regardless of opt-in status.

2. Contribution & Participation

2.1 A fixed Jackpot side bet of €0.10 (or currency equivalent) is deducted for each qualifying wager when the player is opted in.

2.2 Only cash funds can be used for jackpot participation; bonus funds are not accepted.

2.3 If the available cash balance is insufficient to cover both the minimum qualifying base wager (€0.20 or currency equivalent) and the jackpot side bet contribution (€0.10 or currency equivalent), the spin will not qualify for jackpot participation and no contribution will be taken.

2.4 Only spins with both (a) the minimum qualifying bet of €0.20 (or currency equivalent) and (b) the active jackpot side bet are eligible for prizes.

2.5 The Jackpot is available across the Operator’s eligible gaming portfolio.

2.6 The Operator reserves the right to enable, disable, or restrict Jackpot participation by currency, market, or player segment at its sole discretion.

3. Balance Display

3.1 The balance displayed within the game client may not always reflect the true, real-time wallet balance. 

3.2 The balance recorded in the operator’s central wallet system is the authoritative record. 

3.3 Any discrepancies between the displayed balance and the actual wallet balance will be corrected automatically, and the operator’s system balance will prevail in all cases.

4. Currency & Conversion

4.1 The Jackpot is denominated and operated in EUR, which serves as the single reference currency for all calculations.

4.2 Where a player participates using a non-EUR currency (including cryptocurrencies), the Jackpot contribution will be converted into its EUR equivalent at the time the wager is placed.

4.3 Exchange rates are sourced from third-party providers selected by the Operator and may include a margin or spread.

4.4 The exchange rate applied at the time of the wager is final and binding and will not be adjusted for subsequent market fluctuations.

4.5 Cryptocurrency values are subject to market volatility. By participating, players accept that EUR-equivalent values are determined at the time of each transaction.

4.6 For Jackpot payouts, the exchange rate applied will be the rate valid at the time of the winning wager, and this rate will be used to determine the final payout amount in the player’s contribution currency.

5. Jackpot Structure

5.1 The Jackpot consists of multiple progressive tiers (e.g. Mini, Minor, Major, Mega), as displayed within the game interface.

5.2 All jackpot values increase progressively as players contribute via qualifying wagers until won.

5.3 The starting values for each of the jackpot tiers are as follows:

• Mega Jackpot: €5,000,000

• Major Jackpot: €10,000

• Minor Jackpot: €100

• Mini Jackpot: €5

5.4 Jackpot values are updated frequently in the game interface; however, brief delays may occur. The amount shown is indicative and may differ slightly from the actual jackpot pool at the moment of a win.

5.5 The Operator may configure seed values, contribution rates, and tier structures at its discretion.

5.6 Game selection is at the discretion of the operator and may change from time to time.

6. Winning Criteria

6.1 Jackpot prizes are triggered randomly and are not dependent on specific game outcomes unless explicitly stated.

6.2 Only wagers placed with a valid Jackpot contribution are eligible to trigger a Jackpot win.

6.3 Eligibility is determined at the time of wager placement. Bets placed using ineligible currencies or without a valid contribution will not qualify for Jackpot wins.

6.4 The currency used for the qualifying wager will determine the currency in which any applicable Jackpot prize is paid.

7. Payouts

7.1 Jackpot values are displayed and calculated in EUR as the reference currency.

7.2 Upon a Jackpot win, the prize will be converted from EUR into the currency used for the qualifying contribution at the time the winning wager was placed.

7.3 The applicable exchange rate used for conversion will be the rate in effect at the time of the winning wager, as provided by the Operator’s designated exchange rate provider.

7.4 The converted amount will be credited as cash to the player’s account in the same currency used for the qualifying contribution, and such conversion shall be final and binding.

7.5 Where multiple contributions are made in different currencies, the currency associated with the winning wager will determine the payout currency.

7.6 Where a player has used a less commonly traded or non-standard cryptocurrency and requests that the prize be paid in that same cryptocurrency, the payout may be subject to a period of up to thirty (30) days from the date on which the payout becomes due.

7.7 If, upon expiry of that thirty (30) day period, sufficient quantities of the relevant cryptocurrency are not available to complete the payout in that cryptocurrency, the payout may instead be made in USDT.

7.8 Jackpot prizes won in cryptocurrency may be paid out instantly in USDT, unless otherwise expressly stated.

7.9 All payouts are subject to verification and any applicable legal, regulatory, compliance, and anti-fraud requirements. 

8. Cancelled, Voided, or Rolled-Back Wagers

8.1 In the event of a malfunction or voided game round, the base wager may be cancelled or refunded in line with standard game rollback procedures. However, the jackpot contribution (€0.10 or currency equivalent) will remain valid and non-refundable, as it is processed independently of the base game.

8.2 If a jackpot prize is triggered during a game round that is subsequently voided or rolled back, the jackpot win remains valid and will be credited to the player’s account. Jackpot outcomes are determined and recorded by the central jackpot system and are not affected by base game rollbacks.

9. Technical Failures & System Interruptions

9.1 In the event of a technical malfunction, including but not limited to game errors, system failures, exchange rate provider issues, or blockchain/network disruptions, the Operator reserves the right to:

• Suspend Jackpot participation for affected currencies

• Void affected wagers

• Recalculate or reverse transactions where necessary

9.2 Where exchange rate data is unavailable, delayed, or deemed unreliable, the Operator may temporarily disable Jackpot participation for affected currencies.

10. Precision, Rounding & Minimums

10.1 Cryptocurrency transactions may be subject to minimum denomination thresholds and rounding rules.

10.2 Any rounding differences arising from currency conversion will be applied in accordance with the Operator’s internal calculation standards.

11. Responsible Gaming & Limits

11.1 Participation in the Jackpot is optional and not required to play the underlying games.

11.2 Players are encouraged to gamble responsibly.

11.3 All wagering limits, including deposit, loss, and betting limits, are calculated based on EUR-equivalent values, regardless of the currency used.

12. Fair Use & Anti-Abuse

12.1 The Operator reserves the right to monitor player activity for behaviour that may exploit:

• Currency conversion discrepancies

• Market volatility

• System or promotional mechanics

12.2 The Operator may restrict, suspend, or void participation where such behaviour is identified.

13. General Conditions

13.1 The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Jackpot feature at any time, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

13.2 In the event of any discrepancy between displayed Jackpot values and system records, the Operator’s internal records shall prevail.
